This project is created to support the communication around ANZ Spectrum Program 2017. Under this program, nine people with autism will be recruited in ANZ Information Technology team in January 2018. This is the first time ANZ officially acknowledge the presence of autistic employees in their workplace, therefore a thorough communication plan is essential. This project communicates with several stakeholders about the neurodiversity in the workplace at ANZ, especially the internal ANZ staff who are going to work directly with the newly-recruited autistic employees.
