This project belongs to the Professional Communication studio and is a collaboration between RMIT University and ANZ Australia.

 

ANZ “Spectrum Program” 2017 looks at hiring autistic people into the workplace. Our internal communication project aims to inform ANZ staff of Autism Spectrum Disorder and make ANZ a friendly environment for people with autism.

 

The project consists of 5 artefacts: a video, a posters series, an infographic, a Facebook profile picture frame and a collection of stickers.

 

The project was selected for implementation by ANZ. Our posters were displayed on the big digital wall at ANZ Headquarter at 833 Collins Street, Melbourne. Our video was also screened in the official Spectrum Launch at ANZ Headquarter with the presence of more than 100 ANZ staff members and partners.
