This position was an entirely new challenge for me as it was the first time I got to lead a student club consisting of more than 50 members. Founded in 2012, Current Media is the official student media at RMIT Hanoi Campus. Our main activities involve producing quarterly magazine for Hanoi campus, supporting other clubs and departments with media and organising creative events for students.
As of January 2018, Current Media has:

Published 17 issues with highly-improved quality

Organised 3 annual charity concerts to raise funds for people in need, namely Tram Dung (2016), Ca Hoi (2017), Tet de lam gi (2018)

Supported numerous events at RMIT Hanoi in terms of media.

With a passion for social activities, I and my team founded and organized Tram Dung - the first charity concert by Current Media.
The concert aimed at raising funds to support children suffering from leukemia at National Institute of Blood Transfusion and Hematology (NIBTH). We endeavored to bring happiness to those children and families who must stay at the hospital for Lunar New Year celebration due to their illness. Besides our concert night, we also sold our self-designed lucky money envelopes to raise funds.
We successfully liaised with 3 sponsors and 5 partners to organize the event. 3 sponsors include: SABECO Brewery; Technical Science Development, the University of Mining and Geology and Twitter Beans Coffee 5 partners include: HUB Band; Drama Club - Chu Van An high school; CNN Rock Club & FTU Dance Club, Tri&Kin Magic Duo.
The concert drew more than 150 audiences and raised 33 million dong in total. All proceedings were presented to Hope and Faith Club at NIBTH
