As a Communication Assistant, my tasks involve writing news stories for online and print. During my 3-month internship, I have produced over 20 news stories for CUR’s website while the requirement is only 15. I also contribute to “The Urban Observer”, a bi-monthly publication published by the centre as a journalist.

 

Working with academics and urban planners at CUR really helps me understand more about the urban planning context in both Australia and global context. I am forever grateful for this experience which greatly contributes to my professional skills set.
